There are 3 phases in Transition:

  1. The Ending – and learning to let go
  2. Being Neutral – being in 2 places, the Old & the New
  3. Embracing a New Beginning.
Transitions have both Losses & Gains within them and they can only be handled in the present. Not in the past and not in the future.

This is where most of us get stuck either going over and over the past or feeling anxious and frightened of the future.

I help you manage your feelings of fear, sadness and anxiety.

I give you clarity, direction, support & confidence.

I help you move through the anxiety of chaos from the status quo into a more neutral zone and then help you rebuild and explore as you transition through into your new beginning.

Through weekly one hour conversations either face to face, over the phone or on Skype, I will help you to overcome your fear, anger & stress and help you to feel more at ease with the changes and challenges you are now facing.

Change takes time to adjust to and you are not alone.

I help you feel nurtured and supported as you move towards hope and acceptance of your new circumstances.
