Change from ‘should’ to ‘could’ & transform your guilt into gold.

I work with lots of Mums, in particular, who constantly beat themselves up with The Big G that’s otherwise known as ‘GUILT. ‘

From stay at home Mums to high flying executive Mums we all seem conditioned to feel guilty about what we ‘don’t do’ or ‘get wrong’  or feel we ‘should’ be doing instead of relaxing, breathing deeply and focusing on what we do well and  ‘get right.’

I hear lots of people saying ‘But I should …..’

Just for this week ( so you don’t get overwhelmed) what would happen if that ‘should’ became a ‘could’?

Change your language around so instead of saying ‘I should be playing with Josh more….’ you say ‘I could be playing with Josh more…’

Instead of ‘I should get home earlier from the office….’ to ‘I could get home earlier from the office…’

How does that feel?

Do you feel that you have more options and more choice?

Good! Try it and drop me an email or leave a message at the bottom of this blog. 🙂
