Infant Mental Health Awareness Week

June 6th- 10th is Infant Mental Health Awareness Week. It is all about Promoting, Protecting & Improving Our Children’s Mental Health & Wellbeing starting with babies.

Parent Infant Partnership (PIP) UK is to launch a Infant Mental Health week 6-10 June 2016, in conjunction with the work of the 1001 Critical Days and in partnership with their coalition members across the country to raise a greater awareness of the importance of social and emotional wellbeing for babies.

Events will be taking place across the country with the Association of Infant Mental Health (AIHM), including an inaugural PIP UK conference around Westminster, which I am delighted to be attending.

Resources will be made available to participating organisations who share the same aspiration to give every baby the best possible start in life.
