Every week, on a Monday, to start your week off with a bang, I post a Parent Coaching Question for you to ponder,  mull over and reflect on over the course of the week.

These are the sorts of questions that  I ask my clients when we work together on all the various problems, niggles and worries that raising a happy, confident, resilient and independent child ( from toddler to teen) brings up.

Today’s Parent Coaching Question is:

Just for this week how can you let go of blaming someone else for what’s happening in your life – how can you become more  accountable for all the choices and decisions that you make weekly in your own life?

How can you take responsibility for your own direction and happiness in life?

Remember that if you don’t like something, you have two choices: Accept it or change it…….
