It’s a busy, frenetic, hectic, stressful world and add kids to the mix and it’s no wonder we are all overwhelmed and exhausted. So saying a simple affirmation in your head, or out loud, a few times is a really SIMPLE but highly effective way to help you feel back in control and more relaxed.
