I really find affirmations and incantations very powerful and helpful when I’m nervous, anxious or out of my comfort zone and I love exploring ways to use them more effectively.
I’ve just finished coaching a lovely Mum and I suggested popping the affirmation up on her bathroom mirror so she can see it and say it out loud twice a day when she is brushing her teeth….. it’s a natural place to create a great habit…… and you can do it for your kids too.
But I also noticed something as I was writing out this affirmation by hand…… it got deeply inside my body by writing it down with a pen and paper and felt really empowering so go and grab a piece of paper and try it for yourself and let me know how you get on.
