Snooze Shade – a brill invention

I was really lovely to meet the really inspiring Cara Sayer inventor of Snooze Shade at the Baby Expo in Brighton and to see how her simple idea has led to even more practical and inspirational products for parents of young children and babies.

SnoozeShade is the UK’s first blackout blind for baby prams, buggies and pushchairs, invented by a British mother specifically to help babies get the sleep they need when they’re out and about.

Suitable for use from birth, it moves easily from pram to pushchair as your child grows from newborn to toddler. It can be used all year-round with UPF50+ and a handy ‘sneak-a-peak’ front zip means you can quietly and easily check on baby at any time.

SnoozeShade is a simple and secure alternative to draping coats and blankets over prams and pushchairs to help keep baby asleep when out and about. It’s great for holidays, in restaurants or anytime you have to go out during baby’s naptime.

You can use SnoozeShade Original in three ways:

  • full sleep mode
  • to extend your sun canopy
  • and provide extra shade over the hood of your stroller or pram

Visit the SnoozeShade YouTube Channel for individual short demonstrations on how to use the SnoozeShade range.
