Family Friendly Week (formerly Parents’ Week) is a national awareness week run by the Family and Childcare Trust. The aim of the week is to increase recognition of the issues faced by families up and down the country, but also to celebrate the vital contribution families make to society.
Their theme this year is ‘Cook Together, Share Together, Laugh Together’. They want to have fun with food as a way to celebrate UK families!

How to get involved!
For Families:
1: Download our family pack full of mealtime tips and great family recipes, and enjoy our fun foody activity pack for kids! 2: Send us the family recipe you love most and tell us why it’s your favourite.
